About the Event
Helmikuun Fight Sunday keskittyy kaatumisen, putoamisen ja törmäilyn jaloon taitoon – ehkä tärkeimpään taitoon stunt- ja näyttämötaistelumaailmassa. Peruskaatumisten lisäksi käytämme erilaisia huonekaluja ja esteitä kaatumisten ja törmäilyn apuna sekä tutustumme myös korkealta putoamiseen.

February's Fight Sunday focuses on the noble skill of falling, crashing and colliding - perhaps the most important skill in the world of stunt and stage combat. In addition to basic falls, we will use a variety of furniture and obstacles to help with falls and collisions, as well as learn about falling from a height.

Place: TAPANILA CIRCUS SPACE (Erätie 3, Helsinki)
Timetable: 11-13, lunch break, 14-16

What to have with you:
- comfortable clothes
- shoes for inside use
- gloves in case we work with weapons

Always wanted to try Stage Combat but never had a chance? Come to our Fight Sunday! These are open level workshops dedicated to various themes related to the art of stage and screen fight. Every Fight Sunday offers a great opportunity to introduce yourself to the field, learn new skills or practice the techniques you are already familiar with.
Whether you are a theatre, dance or circus professional, or you are an enthusiast, who always wanted to learn about performing and creating stories of violence - come to the workshop! The training is sure to be both fun and useful as you learn partnering, cooperation and coordination skills, agility, precision and spatial awareness.
Come to learn, and come to play! We teach in English and/or Finnish, depending on the needs of the group.
