Footwork Fusion

Footwork Fusion is a dynamic movement class that blends the precision of fencing, the agility of boxing, and the rhythm and flow of dance. Participants will develop speed, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness through a series of drills and movement sequences drawn from these three disciplines. The class focuses on efficient movement, quick directional changes, weight transfer, and responsive decision-making, creating a versatile physical skill set applicable to performance, sport, stage combat, and everyday movement.

Suitable for different experience levels, this class emphasizes technique, creativity, and body awareness while providing a challenging and engaging workout.

The workshop is taught by DCF´s Neil Owens. He has a strong foundation in dance and is a NSFS Stage Combat Instructor since 2025.
