About the Event
EXPLOSIVE ENERGY
This Fight Sunday focuses on explosive energy! We combine elements from Silat, Boxing and Keysi Fighting Method among other techniques to survive close-quarters fights! Participants learn how to defend, attack and occupy the opponents space by using their body in an effective way. We also explore these techniques from a safety perspective - how to create powerful attacks and entries while keeping our partner safe.
